Job Role of a Probationary Officer
As a Probationary Officer, candidates will undergo a probation period of two years. During this time, they will be trained in banking operations including customer service, loans and advances, account management, and branch administration. After successful completion of the probation, POs are confirmed as Assistant Managers and may be assigned managerial responsibilities.
